Join us at The Liberty Hotel, for a special summer evening celebrating the elegance of rosé in partnership with CLINK. Executive Chef Patrick Bassett has crafted a vibrant four-course menu that highlights the best of the season, featuring fresh seafood, local produce, and a decadent dessert to close the night.
The evening begins at 6:30 PM with our first pour and passed bites, followed by a seated dinner where each course will be paired with a unique rosé selection. We’ll be joined by our Rosé Ambassador, who will guide guests through the flavor profiles, origins, and stories behind each pour.
