CLINK Dinner Series: Harvest Dinner with Benziger Wines

On Thursday, September 25, The Liberty Hotel will continue its celebrated CLINK Dinner Series with a special Harvest Dinner featuring Benziger Wines. This exclusive evening will debut Executive Chef Patrick Bassett, who will present a five-course tasting menu inspired by the flavors and spirit of the season.

In a rare and special return, Chef Bassett will be joined by The Liberty’s opening chef, Joseph Margate, whose culinary vision helped shape the hotel’s earliest dining experiences. This one-night-only collaboration between The Liberty’s newest and original chefs promises to be an extraordinary celebration of the hotel’s past and present.

Each course will be paired with selections from Benziger Wines, guided by Chris Benziger, who will share the stories and distinctive character behind each pour. Together, Chef Bassett, Chef Margate, and Mr. Benziger will create a dialogue between the kitchen and the vineyard, offering guests a truly immersive dining experience.
